 Craig Knowth, transitioning from juvenile to senior sprinting, picked up two awards Overall Male and 3rd Overall Jumps. 🏆🏆
 Ashley Carroll, 2nd Lady overall competing in a variety of events from 5k to Fields and Jumps 🏆

 But Craig and Ashley's success is never just about one athlete.

 🔸 @ashleycarroll5 — 2nd Overall Ladies — whose membership has helped provide Craig with numerous opportunities and his athletics free of charge over the last few years.

 🔸 @dowdallstephen — ex-National High Jump Champion — bringing experience and coaching to Craig in Jumps.

 🔸 @ronangately — Masters national athlete — coaching, supporting and driving Craig the length and breadth of Ireland for sprint events.

 🔸 @nicoladegras — showcasing these achievements and opportunities through social media and bringing her positivity to everything we do.

 Every cog connects.

 Athletes, coaches, members, volunteers, families and supporters — everyone contributes, everyone benefits.

 Last night wasn’t just about awards.

 It was proof that the Ballymun AC model works.
